Hi! I’m Ariana.

Nutritional Therapy Practitioner & Holistic Health Coach

I help women reclaim their health and overcome chronic health issues without restrictive dieting.

My mission is to educate and empower women to nourish their bodies with intention, integrity, and reverence—recognizing that their bodies are holy temples, fearfully and wonderfully made. I guide others toward optimal health through nutrition and lifestyle changes, and natural healing, so they can live fully, serve boldly, and honor God with their lives.

ABOUT ME

You are not what you eat, but what you absorb.

Eating healthy food isn't enough—your body must also be able to properly digest and absorb the nutrients in that food for you to actually benefit from it.

This means that having the “healthiest diet” could still lead to nutrient deficiencies.

In my program we address the following Foundations: Nutrient-Dense Diet, Digestion, Blood Sugar, Sleep, and Stress.

These foundations of health shape every part of your well-being. When these core areas are nourished and in harmony, optimal health becomes your natural state. But when they're out of balance, the path to illness opens. You have the power to change that.

Are you ready to reclaim your health, and close the door on preventable disease?

Do you struggle with any of these?

These symptoms aren’t normal.

Following my 12-Weeks to Wellness program can reverse chronic symptoms, and improve your overall quality of life.
