Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) & Holistic Health Coach

I help women reclaim their health and find joy by reversing chronic illnesses.

As an NTP, my mission is to empower individuals to nourish their bodies with intention, integrity, and reverence—recognizing that their bodies are holy temples, fearfully and wonderfully made. I want to guide others toward optimal health through whole foods and natural healing, so they can live fully, serve boldly, and honor God with their lives.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy is a personalized, evidence-based approach to wellness that uses whole foods, lifestyle changes, and targeted supplements to support optimal health and address imbalances in the body.

This means that eating healthy food isn't enough—your body must also be able to properly digest and absorb the nutrients in that food for you to actually benefit from it. Having the “healthiest diet” could still lead to deficiencies in specific nutrients. This is why it is important we address the following Foundations of Health in my 1:1 program:
