Testing is ordered through a convenient online laboratory platform. Eligible at-home test kits are shipped directly to your residence and include instructions for collection and return.

The Lab Results Review includes Ariana's review of your results and a consultation to walk through key findings and discuss potential nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle considerations within the scope of Nutritional Therapy.

This is a comprehensive stool test that utilizes qPCR technology to detect parasites, bacteria, fungi, and more, allowing practitioners to create personalized treatment protocols to address gut dysfunction. There is an option to include Zonulin, the leaky gut marker.
✓ Comprehensive Thyroid Panel $125
Goes above and beyond routine thyroid tests, which only measure thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and total T4. It gives a comprehensive view of thyroid function by measuring TSH, T3 (free and total), T4 (free and total), reverse T3, and anti-thyroglobulin and thyroid peroxidase antibodies.

Food sensitivity test measuring total IgG antibodies. Evaluates 250 food antigens using a simple at-home collection. Results help personalize diet and lifestyle recommendations to reduce symptoms related to food reactions.
✓ Hair Elements $79
Provides information regarding recent and ongoing exposure to several toxic metals and the status of specific nutrient elements. This noninvasive screening test requires only .25 grams of hair.

A comprehensive assessment of sex and adrenal hormones and their metabolites and includes the daily, free cortisol pattern, organic acids, melatonin, and 8-OHdG. This test cannot be ordered for patients under 12 years of age.

Offers an extensive assessment of sex and adrenal hormones and their metabolites. It also assesses the Cortisol Awakening Response (CAR) and includes the insomnia cortisol sample. This test cannot be ordered for patients under 12 years of age.
✓ The DUTCH Cycle Mapping PLUS $595
Provides a comprehensive analysis of a woman's monthly cycle, including hormone metabolites and the Cortisol Awakening Response (CAR). This helps to identify issues with infertility, PCOS, and other month-long symptoms. This test includes the insomnia cortisol sample. This test cannot be ordered for patients under 12 years of age.
