The Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire, or NAQ, is a science-backed assessment tool comprising over 300 targeted questions, designed to evaluate nutrient status, organ system imbalances, and overall health trends. This unique and beneficial tool is exclusive to Nutritional Therapy and is utilized by Ariana to identify potential conditions or nutritional deficiencies in her clients, without the need for lab testing.
The results will be emailed to you and will include:

This includes a summary of potential conditions and nutritional deficiencies you may have.

Symptom Burden Graph
Your NAQ results will include two types of Symptom Burden Graphs: Foundations and Body Systems. These graphs identify which foundations of health, and specific body systems that need support.
If interested in the NAQ, email arianakenywellness@outlook.com and you will be sent an invoice for payment. Upon receiving payment, you will be sent a direct link to the assessment via email.
Following the consult, you will have the option to enroll in 12-Weeks to Wellness for an additional fee of $650 (payment plan options available).
