Not sure if you are ready to fully commit to the 12-Weeks to Wellness program? Consider completing the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ). Ariana will review your results with you in a 30-minute consultation. Following this consultation, you will have the option to enroll in the program.
The results will be emailed to you and will include:

(1) Symptom Burden Graph
(1) Severity Report
The NAQ is a science-backed assessment tool comprising over 300 targeted questions, designed to evaluate nutrient status, organ system imbalances, and overall health trends. This unique and beneficial tool is exclusive to Nutritional Therapy and is utilized by Ariana to identify potential conditions or nutritional deficiencies in her clients, without the need for lab testing.
Symptom Burden Graph
The results will feature a Symptom Burden Graph, as shown to the right, which functions as a visual aid to identify the organ systems requiring the most care and support.
Following the consultation, you will have the option to proceed with Ariana's 12-Weeks to Wellness 1:1 program for an additional fee of $650.
If interested in the NAQ, email arianakenywellness@outlook.com and Ariana will send you an invoice. Upon receiving payment, you will be sent the link to the assessment via email. After completing the assessment, Ariana will schedule a time with you to review your results.
